Requirements before an order
Each shipment has its own specification. Before confirming an order, agree the product, variety, size, tolerances, packaging and intended use. For processed produce, confirm ingredients, processing type and the quality parameters your application requires.
Preparing the produce
Exim Agro describes selection, sorting and grading, as well as pre-cooling and cooling. For fresh fruits and vegetables, temperature requirements should be discussed for the specific product, route and buyer requirements.
Documents and certificates
Request current documents for your batch and destination market. Check the certificate holder, validity dates, facility and products covered, rather than relying on a certificate name alone. The export team should confirm the availability of each required certificate.
Before shipment
Agree the inspection method, labels, packing list and document requirements. If independent inspection is needed, discuss its scope and terms in advance. Record the agreed requirements in the order documents.
