Buyer guide

From your first enquiry
to your first shipment.

1 Choose your product

Open the Exim Agro catalogue and select a product. Tell us whether it is intended for retail, repacking or manufacturing. If you have a specification, attach it to your email so the team can discuss a suitable supply format.

2 Describe the batch

Include the requested quantity and unit. For fresh produce, specify variety, size, maturity and packaging. For dried fruits and ingredients, define processing, product format and quality parameters. Minimum quantities and availability are confirmed separately.

3 Share your destination and timing

Name the destination country and city, and your preferred delivery or shipment date. Include document, labelling and delivery-term requirements. Seasonality and route availability may affect the offer.

4 Review the quotation

Before confirming an order, review price and currency, specification, packing, quantity, payment terms, Incoterms and shipment timing. Confirm which certificates and accompanying documents apply to the batch. Discuss samples or additional inspection where required.
