Delivery method
Exim Agro offers road, sea and air delivery. Transport selection depends on the product, delivery window, quantity and destination country. The terms for a particular shipment are discussed when preparing a quotation.
Fresh produce
For fresh fruits and vegetables, agree cooling, temperature requirements, packing and arrival dates in advance. Route availability and timing should be checked for the specific batch. A general transit estimate is not a substitute for product and season planning.
Documents for the destination market
Include the destination country and city, buyer details and document requirements. The export team should confirm the document set for the product and batch. Import requirements vary by market.
Shipment terms
Confirm applicable Incoterms, the handover point, cost allocation, payment terms and insurance. The quotation should also cover agreed quantity, specification, packaging and shipment timing.
